How online booking requests work
- Send your request. Tell us where and when you need to be picked up.
- We call you. Our team phones you back on the number you give us.
- Confirmed by phone. Your taxi is only confirmed once we have spoken with you.

Services and coverageFares
Fares are set by zone and apply from 1 February 2026. Each fare covers the first passenger; add $1.00 for each additional passenger. A $2.00 surcharge applies to all fares on public holidays.
